Art GalleryExhibition, collection or preservation of works of art for public viewing.
Artist StudioCreating art or craft.
Automated Banking MachineDevice at which customers can complete self-serve financial transactions. Note: Must be Located in a building.
Custom WorkshopProducing or making custom-made goods in limited quantities, using techniques that do not involve mass-production.
Eating EstablishmentWhere food or beverages are prepared and offered for sale to patrons for immediate consumption on the premises while they are seated, may include incidental take-out service.
Education Use*Education or training, other than: post-secondary school;school regulated under the Education Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.2, as amended; orreligious education use.
Market GardenGrowing and harvesting vegetables, fruits, flowers, shrubs, trees or other horticultural products for the purpose of sale.   Note: may not be used for growing and harvesting shrubs or trees for the purpose of sale.
Massage Therapy*Massage therapy by licensed or registered persons. A body rub service or wellness centre is not a massage therapy.

Performing Arts Studiomeans premises used for the rehearsal of performing arts, such as music, dance or theatre.

Production StudioProducing live broadcasts, motion pictures, or audio or video recordings or transmissions. The mass reproduction of film or recordings is not a production studio
Pet ServicesProvide for the grooming of domestic animals. A veterinary hospital or a kennel are not pet services.
Recreation UseSports, physical play or exercise, such as a fitness club, bowling alley, billiards hall or pool hall, swimming pool or skating rink. An amusement arcade and a sports place of assembly is not a recreation use. Note: recreation use must enclosed and located in the building and can not include a commercial swimming pool
